Copying audio bits is a fast way to repeat certain bits of audio where you want them. This is especially useful in song editing, or to repeat sound effects without re-opening the file.
To duplicate, highlight your selection and click 'Edit - Duplicate.' You may instead press CTRL + Z after highlighting.
